Learn how over the last five years strong partnerships have been developed to create unique career pathway opportunities like internships, plant tours, third graders go to work and more. Participants will also see the structured approach of developing a vertical plan for students that starts in the early grades and is developed through graduation that includes and individual career academic plan.
